Description

The existing rail route from Karnal to Yamunanagar is via Ambala Cantt which is 121 Km. Whereas, proposed route will be 61 km and also connected with unserved regions like Indri, Ladwa and Radpur.

Karnal and Yamunanagar have linkage to major industrial zones in the state which will help moving the industrial goods and raw materials.

Present status :

After approval of Government of Haryana the proposal has been sent to Ministry of Railways for sanction of the project.
